After 25 years of separate businesses in the professional and personal development arenas, Bob Wright and Judith Wright, merged their businesses in 1997 to create Wright. The Institute, with a very accomplished team of faculty, adjunct faculty, staff, and coaches, provides proven programs and curriculum that help students and clients develop a vision to surpass their goals and live their dreams. The Wright Business Institute provides business training in sales, management, and executive excellence; while our personal development programs provide training and coaching in personal power and assertiveness, nourishment and self care, building strong and intimate relationships, and developing and living your purpose.

Wright Graduate Institute for the Realization of Human Potential offers master’s and doctoral degrees in human development.
The Institute’s mission is two-fold: providing transformational education for transformational leaders, while fostering the integration, development, and dissemination of the best human development technologies available through research and education. Students develop their leadership skills in a wide variety of professions from human services to business, education, public service, consulting, organizational development, communications, and training. This unique, ground-breaking educational model facilitates student personal and professional transformation. They apply their academic learning in powerful ways that enhance their lives and the lives of those they touch. The Institute establishes this foundation for personal transformation through the technology of performative education — a highly personalized course of study that blends traditional cognitive learning and academic rigor with a practical regimen of daily personal and applied experiments — leading to personal and professional growth, self-knowledge, and skill development. The Institute bridges the divide between academic research and popular approaches to human development — the intersection of traditional psychology, philosophy, human process, business theory, organizational development, positive psychology, theology, and neuroscience. Some of the Institute’s students receive loans or scholarships from the Wright Foundation for Transformational Leadership.

Wright Foundation for Transformational Leadership
Wright Foundation for Transformational Leadership, a 501(c)3 organization, promotes the study, development, expanding recognition, and impact of transformational leadership. The Foundation funds graduate research, transformational leadership awards, educational loans, scholarships, and symposia to support the development and dissemination of cutting-edge, forward-thinking human performance technology, philosophy, and methodology. The foundation sponsors the Transformational Leadership Award as well as the Transformational Leadership Symposium. The Transformational Leadership Award was created to promote the study and application of transformational leadership by annually recognizing an established leader who embodies the principles and practices of transformational leadership. The annual Transformational Leadership Symposium aims to bring together thought leaders as well as those aimed at living the principles of transformational leadership. The goal of the Symposium is to develop transformational leaders as well as to raise the awareness of the need for transformational leadership in our world. In the arena of graduate research, The Foundation provides loans and scholarships for students of the Wright Graduate Institute for the Realization of Human Potential, offering master’s and doctoral degrees in human development.
